Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize the disqualification page?
Yes, users can customize the CTA copy and hyperlink for the disqualification page, when a lead submits a response that is considered a “disqualifier.” There is one general disqualification page for all disqualified leads, regardless of what question they were disqualified on.
If a lead is disqualified, will I still get their information in my system?
This is possible. By customizing the CTA copy and hyperlink for the disqualification page, users can set the CTA to redirect to a generic web form, so that they can still capture the lead’s information. In these cases, Aurora does not charge for these leads.
Is this supported by the Lead API?
Any lead’s questions and responses can only be accessed via the Lead Overview page in the Aurora application, and is not supported by the Leads API at this time.
