You can center the 3D model in both the Design and the 3D visualization within a Proposal.
To pan: Left-click, hold and drag while holding down the Space bar on your keyboard or the center click on your mouse.
To zoom: scroll your mouse wheel.
To rotate: Right-click, hold and drag your mouse.
