Why can't I request a 30 minute Help Session?
Effective May 23rd, 2018, the Aurora Solar Support team has retired 30-minute Help Sessions in order to focus on improving our weekly workshops classes and expanding our support coverage.
How can I get help with Aurora?

We also provide unlimited support via email, and we do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours. Our Support team is working hard to help customers from Monday-Friday 6am-6pm PST.
We never outsource our support or employ unqualified staff, so you can rest assured that your email will be answered by a knowledgeable Aurora Solar expert- every time.
