Overview
Aurora’s self-serve license plans allow customers to pay a monthly fee for a set number of projects and selection of features. Customers can choose from two plans, Basic and Premium. For more information on what is available in each plan, please refer to the Aurora Pricing Page.

Basic or Premium to Enterprise plan

- Everything in Premium plus
- AI-assisted site models
- Unlimited users
- APIs and integrations
- Advanced user permissions
- Dealer configurations
- Access to premium services (plan sets, engineering stamps, and professional services)
How to upgrade to Premium
Basic plan tenant admins can upgrade their plan to Premium in Settings > Users and licenses.
- Click “Add/remove license”.
- Increase the number of Premium licenses by the number of licenses you want to upgrade.
- Decrease the number of Basic licenses by the number of licenses you want to upgrade.
- You will notice that Aurora will show the previous and new monthly payment. If it looks correct, click Confirm.
- Assign the new Premium licenses to the users you want on Premium licenses.
