How the integration works
A Propel prepaid lease pairs an upfront lease discount with a Concert Finance loan, so the homeowner finances the discounted price instead of the full system cost. For background on prepaid third-party ownership (TPO) products, see How to set up prepaid TPO financing.
When a rep selects Concert Finance on a design, Aurora:
- Sends the project’s details and system cost to Concert.
- Lists the Concert Finance products Concert offers for that project.
- Applies Concert’s lease discount and loan terms to the financing, including the monthly payment from Concert’s quote.
Because the products come from Concert, you don’t need to set up any financing products through our custom financing feature for this integration. The integration covers quoting only — reps complete the financing application in Concert’s portal.
Before you begin
You need admin access in Aurora to set up financing integrations. You also need your company’s Concert username and password. If you don’t know your credentials, contact Concert support.
Adding the Concert integration
Connect your Concert account and choose who in your organization can quote it.
- Go to Settings > Financing integrations.
- Click Add.
- In the Financier dropdown, select Concert, then click Continue.
- Under Assign to..., select who can quote Concert. The options are described after these steps.
- Enter your Concert Username and Password.
- Click Submit.
If Concert doesn’t recognize your credentials, you’ll see We couldn’t find an account with those credentials, please try again or contact Concert support for assistance. Check your username and password, or contact Concert support.
When the connection succeeds, Concert appears in your Financing integrations list, and the Partners column shows who it’s assigned to. Reps can now select Concert Finance in Sales Mode on eligible projects.
Choosing who can quote Concert
- No partner ([your account name]) — Users on your account who aren’t assigned to a partner can quote Concert. Partners can’t.
- All partners — Every partner can quote Concert. Users who aren’t assigned to a partner can’t.
- A partner listed under Select specific partners — Only the partners you select can quote Concert.
For more on partner assignment, see Assigning Custom & Integrated Financing Products to Partners.
Renaming the integration
The integration is named Concert by default. In the integration’s settings, you can change only its name.
- In Settings > Financing integrations, click ⋯ next to Concert and select Configure.
- Click Edit.
- Update Integration name, then click Save.
FAQ
Do I need to set up financing products for Concert?
No. Concert’s products appear automatically when a rep selects Concert Finance on a design, based on what Concert offers for that project.
Do I still need a payment factor loan to quote Propel?
Not if your account has the integration — reps select Concert Finance products directly. If your account isn’t in the beta, keep using the setup in How to set up prepaid TPO financing.
Where do I get my Concert username and password?
From Concert. If you don’t have them, contact Concert support.
