Note: The Concert Finance integration is in beta and available to a limited group of customers. Features and availability may change during the beta. To request access, contact your Aurora Account Manager.
With the Concert Finance integration, you can quote a Propel prepaid lease without leaving Sales Mode. Aurora gets Concert’s offers for your design and shows the homeowner’s lease discount, the discounted price they’ll finance, and the monthly payment from Concert. For the one-time admin setup, see Configuring the Concert Finance integration.

Before you begin
- Your admin has set up the Concert Finance integration and assigned it to you or your partner.
- The project has a full US address in a state Concert serves. Concert sets its own coverage, so confirm current states with your Concert contact.
- The design includes only solar, or solar and storage.
Step 1: Prepare the project and design
Concert prices the lease from the project’s location, utility, and system cost, so set these up before you select financing.
- Utility rate: Concert can’t price a design whose future rate (some screens call it the post-solar rate) is a custom rate. The rate list marks custom rates with a Custom tag. To change a rate, see Selecting utility rates for a project.
- Utility: Concert must serve the project’s utility. If it doesn’t, you’ll see an error when you select Concert Finance.
- Components: Use panels and a battery that Concert accepts. Confirm eligible equipment with your Concert contact.
- Non-solar items: Remove heat pumps, energy optimizations, and other priced non-solar items. Concert finances solar and storage only.
- Pricing: Set your system price on the Pricing page. Concert calculates the lease discount from the total system cost, so finalize pricing before you present the lease.
Step 2: Select a Concert Finance product
Once the design is ready, choose Concert Finance on the financing page.
- Open Select your financing option, the financing page in Sales Mode. For general steps, see How to Select Your Financing Product in Sales Mode.
- Under Selected option, select Concert Finance.
- Under Selected financing product, select a product.
Each product’s name shows its APR (for example, “Concert Finance 9.49% APR”), with the APR and term below it. The list shows only the products Concert offers for this project. If no products appear, see Troubleshooting.
Step 3: Review the prepaid lease pricing
After you select a product, Aurora shows the prepaid lease and the loan that finances it. The Concert - Propel Prepaid Lease box shows:
- Total system cost — the system price before the lease discount.
- Lease discount — the discount Concert applies to the system cost.
- Net cost to homeowner — the total system cost minus the lease discount.
Below it, Financed by Concert Finance shows the loan. The Financed amount equals the net cost to homeowner, and Monthly payments comes from Concert’s quote.
Keep in mind:
- You can’t add a prepayment or a down payment to a Concert financing.
- If you change the design or its pricing, Aurora re-prices the Concert offers, which can change the lease discount and payments.
- When you click Done, the proposal shows the same prepaid lease box and Concert Finance loan details, so the homeowner sees the discount.
Comparing Concert with other financing options
You can show a Concert prepaid lease next to another Concert Finance product or a different financing option, such as cash.
- On the financing page, click Compare.
- Under Available to compare, select a financing option, then select a product under Selected financing product.
- To show the comparison in the proposal, turn on Include comparison in the proposal.
- Click Back to financing.
The lease discount applies only to the Concert option.
Completing the financing application
The integration covers quoting. Aurora doesn’t send the project to Concert’s financing application, so when the homeowner is ready to apply, complete the application in Concert’s portal.
Troubleshooting
Most Concert issues come from the project’s location, utility, or design contents.
Concert Finance doesn’t appear under Selected option
The integration may not be assigned to you or your partner, or the project may be in a state Concert doesn’t serve. Check the project’s address, then ask your admin to confirm the integration’s assignment.
No products appear after you select Concert Finance
Check that the project has a full address, including the state. If it does, the system cost may be below Concert’s minimum amount financed — Concert doesn’t return offers below its minimum.
Concert isn’t available to customers of your utility
When you select Concert Finance, you see An error occurred when fetching data from Concert: ‘Concert isn’t available to customers of [utility].’ Concert doesn’t serve the project’s utility, so you can’t quote Concert for this project. If the utility is wrong, update the project’s rates.
An error about the utility rate
The design’s future rate is a custom rate. Select a rate that isn’t marked Custom.
An error about non-solar items
The design includes a heat pump, energy optimization, or other priced non-solar item. Remove it, and Concert’s offers return.
If an error persists, see How to contact Aurora support and include the project link and the error text.
