How to request a revision for a Plan Set package
Revisions to your Plan Set package, including stamps, can be seamlessly managed in-app. This includes making edits, tracking status, adding new stamp requests, and downloading the revised package directly from Aurora.
Request a revision for your Plan
How It Works
- Access the Project Dashboard and click the Request revision button on your Plan Set menu.
2. Select the new design reflecting the layout change.
Note: Only minor layout changes are supported as Plan Set revisions, so only designs that have been duplicated from the original plan set design are available for selection. Larger design changes, such as adding modules to a new structure, require a new project and plan set.
3. Enter a description of the necessary changes.
4. Update the intake form where specific changes need to be made
5. Upload any photos or documents to support the requested changes.
6. In 24h the revision can be downloaded from the Plan Set menu.
7. If their request is rejected the Plan Set menu will display the reason for rejection.
Forgot a stamp? No problem. Request an additional stamp by clicking the hyperlink to start the submission process.
You can also request plan set revisions after requesting a stamp, or resubmit a stamp form after a rejected stamping request.
For plan sets with completed stamps, click the ‘Request plan set revision’ option to kick off the revision process.
Note: Stamps will need to be re-done following the plan set revision completion and your account will be charged for the new stamp.
For plan sets with a stamp rejection, perhaps due to the plan set including items out of the scope of work, you can still click the ‘Request plan set revision’ option to kick off the revision process before stamp resubmission.
Alternatively, if the stamp form was rejected due to missing information, you can now edit and resubmit the stamp form.
Note: There are no charges associated with having to resubmit due to missing information.
