Easily store project defaults such as contractor information into your plan sets settings and allow it to automatically populate fields in your plan set intake form, removing the need for manual data entry and speeding up your request process.
Default contractor license details will auto-populate the contractor detail fields in the intake form, based on the project’s state.
How to Access the Contractor Settings menu
Admins can access the plan set Contractor Settings in Settings.
How to Add Contractor License Details
- Admins can enter new contractor information by selecting the state the contractor information will be applicable to and entering the necessary information.
If there are existing contractors for other states, the admin can select a new state and enter a new set of contractor information for that state.
- The Contractor license menu will display all the states that contain contractor information.
Note: If the contractors have different License types and numbers, those can be entered and separated by a coma. All license information stored will auto-populate the intake form fields when the form is being filled.
