Admins have full control over the visibility of each section in Sales Mode through the Sales Mode Customization settings. This feature allows you to tailor the experience for your sales team and customers. In this help center article, we'll walk you through how to manage section visibility effectively.
Accessing Proposal Template Customization
Navigate to the Proposal Templates page, located in the Database. Select a Custom template and click the Edit in the top right corner.
Defining Section Visibility
Admins can easily define whether each section should appear in Sales Mode and/or Web proposals. Follow these steps:
- Click the Gear icon, located in the top left of each section, for the specific section you want to customize.
- Toggle the checkboxes on the left side of the page according to your preferences. You can choose to display the section in Sales Mode, Web Proposal, or both. Choosing the display for "web proposal" also determines whether the section is included in the downloadable PDF proposal
Visibility Locked
By default, the "Visibility locked" feature is disabled. However, enabling it can be particularly useful. When "Visibility locked" is active, sales reps will not have the ability to change the Sales Mode / Web Proposal visibility you have set for the given section. This is a valuable option if you want to ensure that specific sections are always displayed during the sales process, or always included in or hidden from the leave behind. The behavior of "Visibility locked" is consistent for both standard and custom sections.
