| Edit Utility Rate Criteria |
Users are able to edit utility rate criteria so that it more accurately reflects the homeowners’ current bill or rate conditions. This allows customers to properly model low-to-moderate income (LMI) or CARE situations, where electricity rates are adjusted. Note: Within Advanced Roles, users without the permissions to adjust utility rates will not be able to edit this. |
