Pricing & Financing
Component-based Pricing |
Admins can choose Component-based pricing as their tenant’s default, or make it a pricing option for reps using Sales Mode. Price your solar projects based on components used in the design and per-unit prices defined by the Admin. |
Levelized PPA | A new financing product type in Aurora, a Levelized PPA entails payments that stay the same from month-to-month. (Escalation rates will still increase payments year-over-year for a Levelized PPA.) Like a traditional PPA, production estimates are used to calculate the system’s yield and the $/kWh rate will be selected by a Sales Mode user. Next, however, the homeowner’s total annual cost is divided by 12 to determine a “levelized” monthly payment. This is also distinct from a lease, which entails consistent monthly payments but does not use a production-based formula to calculate those payment values. |
Advanced Financing Settings (per design in Sales Mode) | Admins can allow reps to change financing settings, which play a part in determining lifetime savings, for individual designs from within Sales Mode. |
